Insurmountable leadership odds due to a bad acquisition of “Golden West Financial Corp., a California thrift that specialized in nontraditional, option-adjustable-rate mortgage loans.”

Not good.

Certainly can’t be great for short term watercooler talk.

I hate this for my friends.
