Total number of SFR properties for sale right now = about 44,500

Total average number of SFR properties that were listed for sale per month in 2007 = about 6000

Total number of SFR properties sold in November 2007 = 3851

Greatest number of SFR properties ever sold in the peak historic month of June 2006 = about 9000
